The Groen XS-208-12-3 Countertop Convection Steamer is a convenient equipment designed to streamline the cooking process in your commercial establishment. This high-output steamer can fit 6 pans, enabling you to cook multiple items at a time. It uses 208 volts, 3 phase, and 33.6 amps supplied through a NEMA 15-50P plug. The plug is attached to a long cord measuring 8 feet. This allows you to place it in a wide number of areas in your establishment.
This steamer has measurements of 23 3/8 inches wide, 28 5/16 inches deep and 29 11/16 inches high. Crafted from 14 gauge reinforced stainless steel, the cavity is durably constructed. It is closed off by a door made from rugged 14-gauge stainless steel on the exterior. This door has a heavy refrigeration style door handle attached and a magnetic latch as well.
The Groen XS-208-12-3 Countertop Convection Steamer generates steam with temperatures of 212 degrees Fahrenheit with no need for a water or drain connection. This makes installation convenient and flexible. It uses inverted flow forced convection technology. This steamer features a 60-minute electro-mechanical timer that comes equipped with on/off selector switch. It also has four indicator lights for easy monitoring. A light is available for cook, standby, heat, and low water.

The steamer is equipped with a front-mounted water reservoir drain line. Its inverted flow convection fan distributes heat evenly.
